We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, unworn items with tags can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

Return Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, cosmetic residue, or damage.

• Original tags must be intact and affixed.

• If you believe the received item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery/pickup date.

• Items sold for the last time are not eligible for return.

How to Return Items

Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to limited stock, we cannot reserve items. For exchanges, we recommend you reorder the desired item.

Returning by Mail:

• Please choose your preferred shipping method and return the item to the address below.

• Please ensure your item is securely packaged. Ulamiu is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return.

• Please include the original receipt in the package.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. We will notify you by email once processing is complete.

Refunds

Online order refunds are only applicable to full-price items, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Final Clearance Items – Discounts up to 40% or more

Final sale items are non-refundable and non-refundable. If a customer returns an item that does not meet the return conditions to Ulamiu, the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Final Sale applies to items that have been discounted for clearance. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

Returns of Defective Items

If the received product is indeed defective (this is extremely rare), we will send it back to the manufacturer for evaluation before processing a refund. This process may take up to 7 days.

Clothing Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags intact. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we will charge an additional fee before returning the item to you.

Items used for photoshoots or other marketing activities are considered “worn” items and are not eligible for return.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable mail service for returns, as any returned items not received by Ulamiu will not be eligible for a refund.

International Order Customs Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that if the order recipient refuses to pay any customs duties and import taxes related to the order, you will be responsible for the cost of retrieving the order. Furthermore, all related costs incurred by Ulamiu are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If the item is damaged or the wrong item was received, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item. Please attach a photo of the damaged item.
